OUR FAMILY VACATION!!!!!!

For a final Summer getaway we went to arizona and Mexico with some friends. We had so much fun. We stayed in a condo that was only supposed to hold 7 people. We managed to squeeze 13 into a three room condo!!! We all climbed in a BIG van and rode 9 hours in heat, cold and snow... all in the same day. We ate out at McDonald's for breakfast. And Panda Express for Dinner. We got to the condo late at night. we didn't know we were there but we kinda drove around in circles and couldn't Find the office. finally we called down to the owner and he said they closed at six. I mean WHO KNEW??? regardless of how late it was, wee got in the hot tub anyway.

The first there, the girls went shopping while the boys played golf. and We swam and worked out at the Gym.

The second day there we went to Tumacacori, an old catholic church in Arizona, with Brent, the Wade Father, as our tour guide. he made fun out of Almost nothing. We felt like we were going through it with Nacho Libre as our guide. We just laughed. then we went home and swam.

Then on Wednesday we went to Mexico. The people were so funny!! If you were caught looking at somthing It was yours wether you liked it or not. we saw this guy at one store and as we left we saw him at a Soda stand. he Yelled over to us, "Hey!!! I remember YOU!!!" Then he kept trying to sell us some Cokes. To shop there you have to know how to say no.

We saw a lady there who was going through garbage cans at different restaurants. So we went and bought a bag of tortillas and gave it to her. She looked like a Cute little old lady, and we would have talked to her more but only two people in The families knew how to speak Spanish :) so we just Gave it to her. we went to a modern Catholic church and sat there and looked around for a minute. It was kinda neat!!! Then we went home and swam

At one of the shops There was a guy interviewing people for a Mexican News Channel and interviewed both Brent and dad who speak Spanish and Heidi and me just to see how we liked Mexico. it was kinda cool!!! We went home and swam

Thursday we took steven to the airport to play in a golf tounament for his school. so we hung out in Tuscon. We ate at a place called "Nico's" it was Ok. Then we went home and Swam. (agian)

The last day we went to tombstone AZ where we were going to see a shoot out but it was nine dollars a person so we changed our minds. We watched a lot of different people do belly dances and Gun flipping/ twirling/ whatever you want to call it and Smelled a guy smoking a cigar upwind of us. he looked like a cartoon Villain who is all dressed in black with a black cape and red lining the inside. And don't forget the Curly Mustache. we were only there for a little bit. Then we went home and swam (Again).
Then we got up at 8:00 and went on a long drive.
WE HAD SOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!!
